Cleanroom 2 shifts

What are you going to do?

For a fast-growing international company in Helmond, we are looking for a Cleanroom Operator (Cartoning & Packaging) who understands the importance of accuracy and structured work in a controlled environment. This is a long-term, stable position within a professional and modern production setting.

In this role you will be responsible for carefully and accurately performing work in a cleanroom environment.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Folding and assembling packaging according to strict quality guidelines
• Sealing and taping materials with high precision
• Vacuum cleaning and maintaining a particle-free environment
• Performing quality checks and reporting deviations
• Ensuring hygiene, safety and cleanroom protocols are strictly followed

What do we offer you?

• Fulltime position (40 hours per week)
• Day shift initially (07:00 – 16:00), moving to 2 shifts within a few weeks. 6.30 a.m. to 02.45 p.m. and from 2.45 p.m. to 11.00 p.m.
• 15% shift allowance when working in shifts
• Starting salary from €3000. Experience will be higher.

What do you need?

• Experience in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English.
• You are motivated and proactive.
