Are you customer-oriented, well-organised and comfortable working in an international environment? Do you enjoy coordinating orders from start to finish and communicating with different stakeholders? Then this role might be a great fit.

What are you going to do?

As a Customer Service Specialist, you manage the full order process for international B2B customers across Europe. You work for an international company active in outdoor and garden products, and act as the link between customers, sales, logistics and the warehouse, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for international customers and internal teams
  • End-to-end order management: order entry, follow-up and aftersales
  • Monitoring delivery times and proactively handling deviations
  •  Coordinating complaints, returns and service requests
  • Supporting sales with order changes and administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate data in the ERP system
  • Contributing to process improvements

What do we offer you?

  • Salary between €3,200 – €3,500 gross per month (negotiable)

What do you need?

  • MBO+ or HBO level
  • Experience in customer service or order management is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English and German (a big plus)
  • Dutch and/or French are a plus, Dutch not required
  • Affinity with logistics and order processes
  • ERP experience is a plus
  • You live within 30 km from Venray
