Customer Service Representative

What are you going to do?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative for a printing company in Eindhoven. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring an excellent customer experience by answering questions, solving problems, and processing orders.

Responsibilities:

• Answering customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Preparing and registering orders and ensuring accurate administration.
• Processing orders.
• Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
• Collaborating with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Contributing to the improvement of customer service processes.

What do you need?

• At least an MBO diploma.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Dutch on A2 - B2 level.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
