What are you going to do?

We are looking for two motivated Operators / Production Workers to join our production team. In this role, you will work with advanced technology used to naturally preserve packaged food products. You will carry significant responsibility and enjoy a high degree of freedom in your daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating and monitoring specialized machinery in food production.
  • Ensuring smooth and safe production processes.
  • Maintaining product quality and consistency at all times.
  • Taking initiative and ownership in daily operations.
  • Performing varied and technically oriented production tasks.


In our production facility, packaged food products such as meat, fish, egg products, juices, smoothies, dips, and ready-to-eat meals are treated using an innovative and natural method to extend shelf life. This process ensures that products remain intact while retaining their original taste, nutritional value, and vitamins – without the use of heat or additives.


What do we offer you?

  • Full-time position, available immediately.
  • Salary: €2,700 per month.
  • Work schedule: approx. 80% day shifts; rotating two-shift system (06:00–15:00 and 15:00–24:00).
  • A dynamic and varied role with both freedom and responsibility.


What do you need?

  • MBO level education, preferably with a mechanical or technical background (a strong plus).
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Technical affinity and problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexibility to work both day shifts and rotating two-shift schedules.
  • English or Dutch language
