Process operator 3 shifts

What are you going to do?

As a process operator, you’ll join a well-established and growing company in the food industry. You’ll work in a clean environment with a view outside and a friendly atmosphere. If you don’t have specific experience as a process operator but have experience with machines, that’s no problem! You’ll receive extensive training to learn all aspects of the trade.

A selection of your responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a planning colleague to ensure the production process runs efficiently.
• Operate fully automatic machines via the computer and monitor six screens.
• Actively contribute ideas to optimize the production process.
• Perform minor maintenance and resolve small malfunctions on the machines.

What do we offer you?

• A full-time position for 38 hours per week;
• Salary between €2,600 and €3,000 gross per month (excluding shift allowance);
• 3 shifts with 18% shift allowance;

What do you need?

• MBO 4 working and thinking level;
• At least 1 year of work experience as an operator or an agricultural background;
• You have basic computer knowledge;
• Good command of the Dutch or English language;
• You are motivated and have a flexible attitude;
• Advantage: forklift experience.
