Production team leader 2 shifts

What are you going to do?

As a Production Team Leader, you are the hub of our production process. You manage a team of production employees in a 2-shift system and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You have a sharp eye for detail and monitor production quality as if it is second nature. Safety is your top priority and you ensure that all regulations are strictly adhered to.

You are a born leader who knows how to motivate and inspire people. You have the ability to keep an overview, even in the most hectic situations, and you always think one step ahead. You see problems as challenges and you are always looking for ways to improve processes. You report to the shift leader and ensure that production data and results are accurately maintained.

What do you need?

• MBO 4 working and thinking level;
• Managerial experience in production;
• You speak the Dutch or English language;
• You are physically in good condition;
• You are positive, know how to motivate people and are proactive;
