What are you going to do?
You will work at a family-owned company that has been giving plastic waste a second life for over 40 years. The company specializes in extruding and injection molding plastic forms, mainly used in horticulture and on request.
Initially, you will receive thorough training before becoming an independent extruder operator. As an operator, you will manage 2 extruders and collaborate with the recycling department. Your tasks will include continuously monitoring the extrusion process and performing activities such as:
- Replacing filters, molds, and blades
- Measuring and assessing the plasticity of the material and making corrections if necessary
- Placing material in silos
- Resolving minor malfunctions
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area
- Occasionally loading and unloading delivery vans
What do we offer you?
- A salary of €14.50 per hour with 10% (2 shifts) or 18% (3 shifts) allowance
- This is a full-time job with 2 shifts 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM. In the future it will go to a third shift 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM.

What do you need?
- Experience with operating extrusion machines is welcome, but the most important factors are motivation and the right mindset.
- Experience with forklifts is also required.
- You are responsible, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- You communicate in Dutch or English and have your own accommodation and transportation to work.
- This is a full-time position for the long term, so we are looking for someone who wants to do this job for many years. In the future, this position will transition from 2 shifts to 3 shifts.
