Polishing Production worker 2 shifts

What are you going to do?

We're currently looking for a motivated polishing production worker to join our team in Helmond. In this role, you will be responsible for the manual and mechanical finishing of high-end products, ensuring they meet strict quality standards. You will play a key role in keeping the production line running smoothly and efficiently.

 

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and machine-assisted finishing, including polishing and surface refinement
• Conduct quality checks to ensure each product meets the set specifications
• Operate hand tools and machinery, such as grinders and polishers
• Work closely with team members to maintain production flow and resolve minor technical issues
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

What do you need?

• Prior experience in product finishing, polishing, or bonding techniques is highly desirable
• Confident using tools like angle grinders and other finishing equipment
• A hands-on mentality with a proactive and flexible attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good command of the English language
• Accurate, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
