What are you going to do?

Join this production team in Helmond and help ensure that precision-manufactured wafers are processed accurately and efficiently. You will work with specialized equipment in a cleanroom environment and play a crucial role in keeping our production flow running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare workstations, materials, and equipment before production starts.
• Follow process instructions and ensure all required steps are completed correctly.
• Set up polishing equipment, load and unload wafers, and monitor machine performance.
• Check levels of polishing fluids, machine pressure, and temperature, adjusting when needed.
• Perform visual quality inspections of wafers after processing.
• Document each step of the production process and report any irregularities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized working environment.

What do you need?

• Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
• MBO-level education or equivalent
• Experience in a production environment or a similar technical role
• Ability to work accurately and follow detailed procedures
• Reliability, sense of responsibility, and willingness to work in a shift system
