Production worker 2 shifts

What are you going to do?

At this company in Helmond, you’ll work in a large production hall mixing inks. There are various machines in the hall that you’ll be operating. The newer machines are fully modernized, but the older machine still requires manual operation — here, you’ll mix the inks yourself. Ink batches can range from 2 liters up to 900 liters. The instructions and orders are in Dutch, clearly indicating which recipe to use. For regularly returning customers, the settings are already programmed into the machine.

 

In addition, you’ll solve minor technical issues yourself and ensure the containers are clean before starting with a new color. You’ll work in a spacious, clean environment where safety is a high priority.

 

It’s also expected that you’re flexible and willing to support your colleagues. Occasionally, you may be asked to help in the expedition department, for example during vacation periods. You’ll be joining a team of great coworkers who have been with the company for many years and enjoy their work. With some music in the background, you can get right to it. And how cool is it to say that you mixed the ink used for packaging by brands like Rituals or Coca-Cola?

What do we offer you?

• A gross hourly wage of €15.10 + 12% shift allowance + additional time-off compensation = €17.67 gross per hour;
• A full-time position (40 hours per week) in alternating shifts, moving to 2 shifts in the future;

What do you need?

• MBO working and thinking level (vocational education);
• Some experience in production;
• Forklift license is a plus;
• Motivated and reliable;
