What are you going to do?

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Production Worker/powder coater to help prepare metal components for powder coating. You will be responsible for the pre-treatment and preparation of various materials, ensuring they are clean, smooth, and ready for coating. If you don’t yet have experience with powder coating, no problem — we will train you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare metal components for coating (degreasing, sanding, masking, etc.)
  • Operate pre-treatment equipment (e.g. cleaning stations, sandblasting)
  • Assist with the setup and operation of the powder coating booth
  • Apply powder coating to metal parts (or learn how to do so under supervision)
  • Perform quality checks to ensure coating standards are met
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Follow safety and production guidelines closely
